We offer signing appointments at hospitals and senior facilities. The signer must be able to identify themselves, understand what they are signing and sign willingly. Facility rules can affect scheduling, so include the facility type in your request.

An apostille is a certificate issued by a government authority that confirms where a public document came from so it can be used in another participating country. Pro Preservations LLC does not issue apostilles. We help prepare, submit and coordinate the process, and the issuing authority sets the requirements and timing.

An employer can appoint an authorized representative to examine a new employee's identity and work authorization documents and complete the employer's section of Form I-9. This is not a notarization. Form I-9 is not notarized, and the employer remains responsible for the form.
